      This documentation will be used by server engineers wanting to locally run tests against unmerged changes to 10gen/mongot and unmerged changes to 10gen/mongod 

       

      This will require having a clone of 10gen/mongot on their VM, building mongot, and moving the binary to directory resmoke looks at for all artifacts.

       

      TBD: where does this documentation live? Assuming since local dev of mongot is public knowledge, the doc can live in 10gen/mongo
