Unexplained disparity between "repl apply batchSize" and "repl apply ops" in FTDC

      It seems like the "batchSize" and "ops" would both report the exact same number, but they don't. In fact, in this 100% update workload, the number of "ops" is twice the "batchSize", and the number of "opcountersRepl update" counter matches the larger number.
