[v5.0] directoryperdb.js relies on fsync/checkpointing behavior which does not hold when running with --nojournal

      This test runs the fysnc command in order to force a checkpoint and make the ident reaper run. However, when running with --nojournal, this doesn't necessarily hold under the conditions in the test.
