Picking up on SERVER-85594, we missed accounting for the switch to disabling diagnostic latches done in SERVER-82476 in the amazon-enterprise-streams build variant. Please also do a cursory search for any other build variants that need to have diagnostic latches turned on. Every build variant should either exclude tests with the tag requires_latch_analyzer or set the --use-diagnostics-latches compile flag.
