Prevent many_txns.js from failing due to lock timeouts

      In BF-30276 we have seen many_txns.js failing due to a LockTimeout caused by a slow metadata refresh. We should increase the maxTransactionLockRequestTimeoutMillis parameter to reduce the likelihood of its occurrence in the future.
