Right now, we are looking for metadata inconsistencies by looping through the whole local catalog and the whole sharding catalog. However, we stop looking for inconsistencies when either of the vectors reaches its end. Therefore, we could miss checking local namespaces if the sharding catalog gets to its end before the local catalog does.
