Suites that use the config_fuzzer routinely run LogicalSessionCacheRefresh, which is causing the cursors used for the test to occasionally be killed before we're finished with them. You can see that behavior, for example, in these logs (check out cursor with id 5550239848112502978).

We should disable the test in that suite.
