      This is a follow up ticket to SERVER-83797

      We should now replace the use of DatabaseNameUtil (de)serialize functions in the IDL Generated code that are using a SerializationContext and instead use a ValidatedTenancyScope.

      We should then remove any DatabaseNameUtil function calls to the SerializationContext and remove these functions from the code base as we should no longer be using a SerializationContext.
