Ensure query settings are not applied to queries with 'encryptionInformation'

      While query settings can not be set on queries with encryption information set, nothing prevents from setting query settings on query A without encryption information and then execute a query with encryption information.

      This can happen because 'encryptionInformation' is not part of the shape.
