Rename windowStartTimestamp to windowStart

      The original spec says {}`_stream_meta.windowOpen` and `_stream_meta.windowClose`, but the current implementation is `_stream_meta.windowStartTimestamp` and `_stream_meta.windowEndTimestamp`.  

       

      In this ticket we change 

      _stream_meta.windowStartTimestamp to _stream_meta.windowStart 
and
_stream_meta.windowEndTimestamp to _stream_meta.windowEnd
