      Add translation for functions min/max/sum (and special case sum:1) into valueBlockMin/valueBlockMax/valueBlockSum/valueBlockCount (or their renamed valueBlockAggMin etc) that have a first argument holding the current mask and as second argument the argument of the original scalar function (valueBlockCount only needs the mask argument)
