Currently, the change stream source operator only whitelists certain server errors to be included the in error description. There's a wide range of informational server errors that could be returned from here, especially after introducing the server-side change stream pipeline in https://jira.mongodb.org/browse/SERVER-86730. We should consider only blacklisting several errors that we don't want to expose, and allowing all the rest useful server errors.
