SERVER-86285 introduced the jstestfuzz_replication_with_replica_set_enpoint suite which runs the same randomly generated commands against two parallel replica sets, one with autobootstrap and replica set endpoint and one without. It's still missing the response comparison step to check feature parity.

Likewise, SERVER-86286 introduced the jstestfuzz_sharded_with_replica_set_enpoint suite which runs the same randomly generated commands against two parallel sharded clusters, one connected using replica set endpoint and one connected using a dedicated router. It's also still missing the response comparison step.
