Ensure Consistency of Start and End of Documents and Index Keys on Secondaries

      To resolve the issue of the secondary having extra documents/keys at the beginning or the end, we need to ensure that the first batch always starts with minKey as batchStart and the last batch always ends with maxKey as batchEnd
