SERVER-84283 removes the only use of these fields in the server (mongos stat tracking that was only needed for getLastError, which had already been removed). We should consider if these fields can be entirely removed. Mongos already handled these values not being set, so if nothing still relies on them, we should be able to stop returning them from mongod immediately.
