Re-enable batched_multi_deletes.js in multiversion suites

      batched multi deletes are present since 6.0 (PM-2227) thus we should be able to run the batched_multi_deletes.js test in multiversion suite now that last LTS > 6.0

      If this is the case we should be able to remove the "multiversion_incompatible" tag from the test
