Remove featureFlagCheckForDirectShardOperations once 8.0 becomes last-lts

      Once 8.0 is last-lts, we will have transitioned to errors on direct shard operations using featureFlagFailOnDirectShardOperations. So we can remove the feature flag for warning on direct shard operations as well as the check in the service entry point common.
