In SERVER-86069, slow query logs will become based on workingMillis instead of durationMillis. This changes when slow query logs will be reported and remove the dependency on wait for write concern ie. increasing wait for write concern duration will not produce a slow query log. 

We can update the test to always log and inspect for `waitForWriteConcernDuration`.
