add createSearchIndexes shell command

      This createSearchIndexes shell command should take an array of indexes. The existing createSearchIndex should be changed to pass an array of one index to createSearchIndexes

       

      Will have to consider what the syntax should be for 
      blockUntilSearchIndexQueryable
