Make session_workflow_bm only iterate once under sanitizer builds

      In BF-32100, we saw that after the session_workflow_bm ran with the first set of configuration options, it began to OOM in future iterations. We can leave this bm in sanitizer builds for correctness purposes, but minimize its chances of OOM by reducing the number of iterations.
