Run magic restore passthrough suites in shards act as routers variants

      We should create a magic restore passthrough with shards acting as routers (using the --routerRole introduced in SPM-635). This will just require some changes to the passthrough fixture to pass the correct parameter, and exclude mongos. We should examine other passthroughs testing this to see how we can implement this for magic restore.
