SERVER-86070 introduced a new resmoke option (called --embeddedRouter to support the creation of test fixture defining sharded clusters with embedded routers.

The option (disabled by default) is supposed to follow the --embeddedRouter=true|false syntax, but resmoke seems to check for the existence of the parameter, rather than the value set.
