Stop accepting 'deleteIndexes' as an oplog entry command type

      As part of SERVER-82941, I found that 'deleteIndexes' is treated as an alias for 'dropIndexes' in oplog entries. We should stop accepting 'deleteIndexes' as it doesn't seem to be written anymore.
