When the encrypted legacy shell sends a compactStructuredEncryptionData command through the `compact` call, it now appends an `encryptionInformation` field to the command regardless of whether range (v2) fields are present in the schema. Since `encryptionInformation` is only really required if there are range v2 fields, it should not be included if there are none.
