It's unclear what the cause is but the ASAN fuzzers are expected to run particularly long and are now timing out with a fair amount of frequency. It appears experimentally that the new threshold for when they time out is about just over 3 hours on average but I'll likely bump them up to 5 hours just to give us some runway as we expect these to run quite long.
