SERVER-87695 adds sys-perf variants with a single shard config shard cluster and dedicated mongoses. It runs all of the 3-node replica set tasks except secondary_reads and secondary_performance, which fail due to minor incompatibilities in those workloads, e.g. secondary_reads expects a mongod secondary to listen on port 27017, which it currently doesn't.

As written, these workloads don't seem to add meaningful coverage if enabled with dedicated mongoses, since they bypass the mongos and already run on variants with the same underlying hardware. Still, this ticket is to track enabling those workloads on the dedicated mongos variants.
