Allow for different variants to have different thresholds

      Currently, each performance threshold is set globally for each benchmark. There is no difference between the threshold set for a benchmark running on ARM vs one running on Intel. 

      It might be nice to separate this out and allow for thresholds to be set on a per variant basis.
