Update perf tasks to use f_dsi_run_workload instead of f_run_dsi_workload

      When calling tasks in our system_perf.yml and perf_task.yml files, we should be using  the "f_dsi_run_workload" function. We want to update system_perf.yml and perf_task.yml files across master, 7.3, 7.0, 6.0, 5.0 and 4.4 releases to use this correct function as "f_run_dsi_workload" is now deprecated.
