      We will add a new option to the server parameter IDL structure called `omitInFTDC`. It defaults to false. We will also add a corresponding option to the `getClusterParameter` command called `omitInFTDC`. When this option is set on the command, `getClusterParameter` will not report any cluster parameters that have `omitInFTDC` set to `true`.
