Investigate modifying time-series bucket count and size limits

      With PM-3055 buckets are significantly smaller in terms of size. We should investigate if we can benefit modifying these limits. The medium and high cardinality workloads we have would not benefit from increasing either limit as buckets are closed due to time forward in these workloads.

      The current limits for a bucket before it gets closed are:

      • 1000 measurements (timeseriesBucketMaxCount)
      • 125KB size (timeseriesBucketMaxSize)
