Older sys-perf variants on 5.0 and 6.0 no longer needed

      sys-perf5.0 and sys-perf-6.0  are running some redundant (and older) variants. These variants are all prefixed with "linux-" (i.e. linux-3-shard.2022-11) and should be removed from each branch's system-perf.yml file.
