Improve dbcheck logging

      We should add more helpful logging to the data consistency check portion of dbcheck, as well as potentially using a separate dbcheck logging component (currently it's on COMMAND), and investigate which logs we can put on a lower verbosity level (currently most logs are on level 3). This would help with debugging future dbcheck-related HELP tickets
