We should set the exec_timeout and timeout_secs explicitly to match the evergreen defaults, to make them more prominent and easier to modify.

This will also get rid of the following warning in Evergreen:

- no exec_timeout_secs defined at the top-level or on one or more tasks; these tasks will default to a timeout of 6 hours
