The reshard_collection_resharding_improvements_recovery.js test involves killing and restarting the primary of a shard via SIGKILL, causing an unclean shutdown. On starting back up, the node can have an upgraded or downgraded version, which is illegal. To avoid this the test must be tagged as multiversion_incompatible.
