In any test which uses auth (by specifying a keyFile), the checks fail due to not being authenticated.

Other checkers pass through the keyFile from the test fixture and handle auth, but those two do not (e.g. MetadataConsistencyChecker). Weirdly enough, resmoke just considers the test a success, although the logs contain the auth errors.
