Exclude from sanitizer variants suites with balancing in background

      A lot of tests are failing for non-issues or timing out in suites with balancing enabled in (a|ub|t)san variants, more specifically when moveCollection happens continuously in background.

      Looking at some backtraces/logs, it looks like failures fall in one of those categories:

      • [HANG] Batch writes hanging while trying to allocate memory (to investigate under SERVER-89507)
      • [TIMEOUT] Machines too slow

      Filed SERVER-89507 to better investigate the issue and potentially re-enable such suites.
