Clear the server log before testing ingress admission slow query reporting

      The testSlowQueryLog function in ingress admission JS test does not clear the server log before running. As a result, there will occasionally be a slow query log entry for one of the operations from the previous portions of the test, causing testSlowQueryLog to examine the incorrect log entry and trip an assertion.
