antithesis concurrency_sharded suites fail to start with config_shard: any

      It gets stuck waiting for one of the mongo instances to initialize s it probably crashed on startup. Happens with the following suites 

       

       

      concurrency_sharded_with_auto_bootstrap

      concurrency_sharded_with_balancer_and_auto_bootstrap

       

      and possibly more
