$out doesn't clean up correctly between rename and dropping temp collection

      SERVER-81444 added another step for $out for sharded clusters that now make the cleanup for $out complicated. We are not cleaning up the buckets collection if the rename succeeded, but the temp collection command that is needed for shards fails.
