      SERVER-89633 added a new build variant but didn't enable these tests with a TODO.

      Unfortunately enabling the test is a bit involved: see SERVER-89634 and SERVER-89634 for some problems that will be encountered.

      random_DDL_setFCV_operations.js and set_fcv_prepared_transaction.js are tests that fail
