Investigate calling of onInitialDataAvailable after onReplicationRollback

      It would be convenient if completing replication rollback triggered onInitialDataAvailable, similar to what replication recovery and initial sync completions do. That way, we wouldn't have to duplicate code between onReplicationRollback and onInitialDataAvailable.

      Let's investigate the possibility and if it's feasible, implement it!
