[v8.0] resmoke reuses Logkeeper build IDs for different Evergreen tasks

      The credentials_setup.sh script wasn't updated when the v8.0 branch was created. As described in SERVER-77372 and SERVER-77371, this causes incorrect patch and task information for resmoke test logs to be displayed in Parsley.
