A few tests such as standalone_replication_recovery.js, oplog_application_while_recovering_must_succeed.js, prepare_recordid_intialization.js in the noPassthrough/ directory require replication recovery (possibly as a standalone) and are currently failing. Additionally, the magic restore passthroughs which have a node that does startup recovery also are failing.

It's not clear what the issue is - but we need to fix this.
