Serverless retryable writes interact badly with recordIdsReplicated:true collections

      The following tests are failing:

      • jstests/serverless/tenant_migration_commit_transaction_retry.js
      • jstests/serverless/tenant_migration_recipient_fetches_retryable_writes_oplog_entries.js
      • jstests/serverless/tenant_migration_retryable_write_retry.js
      • jstests/serverless/tenant_migration_fetch_committed_transactions.js
      • jstests/serverless/tenant_migration_retryable_write_retry_on_recipient.js

      They all seem to have some sort of tenant migration + retryable writes / txn behavior.
