Investigate mongod and mongo shell MozJS crashes observed in SpiderMonkey garbage collection

      The Release team would like for this investigation to gate 8.0 release readiness. We have observed some number of GC-related crashes in mongod and the mongo shell while running SpiderMonkey 91 ESR. We have continued to observe these GC-related crashes after the SpiderMonkey 115 ESR upgrade (SERVER-64574). We should identify whether there is a problem in our embedding and usage of SpiderMonkey, or if there is an issue within SpiderMonkey itself.
