Temporary ban sharding/txn tests that rely on separate sections for server status with embedded router

      The goal of this ticket is to temporarily ban:

      • jstests/sharding/txn_participant_adds_additional_participants.js
      • jstests/sharding/txn_with_added_participant_fail_to_unyield.js

      because they constantly fail with the embedded router because we still don't have separate sections for server status.

      These tests will be enabled once SERVER-87512 is committed.
