Produce all the information needed to use Evergreen as "a report". 

• Declare that all faults produced by libfuzzer, and all sanitizer faults detected by {A,UB}San are Critical or High failures.
• Enumerate all classes of tests we run which either validate security critical systems, or which give us general confidence in the system's overall security
• For each class, write 1-paragraph about it, why we use it, and the benefit we derive from the strategy
• For each class, enumerate tests which use the strategy
