skip_read_preference_retargeting.js tests running write commands directly against a shardsvr mongod with replica set endpoint enabled so the commands go through the router and subject to same RetryableWriteError error labelling issue as commands on mongos. The same applies to transient_txn_error_labels.js when it's run in the config_auto_bootstrap suite.
