Remove testPathDecompression in bsoncolumn unit tests

      We added more test coverage in SERVER-89715 by wrapping each input in a BSONObj and decompressing those interleaved elements. However, there were some known limitations to the path decompression API when the SERVER-89715 was merged, so we restricted some tests from running. This restriction should be removed when the path API has full support.
