On 7.0, the sharded_collections_jscore_passthrough_last_lts_new_old_old_new and sharding_jscore_passthrough_last_lts_new_old_old_new suites are running currentop_waiting_for_latch.js which requires mongod to be built with 
use-diagnostic-latches=on. Since we do not compile with this flag on the multiversion suites, we need to make sure the suite does not run the test
